The Master ยท Level 2
The Master: Level 2 (REPS)
The Master: Level 2 is the REPS class for actors who have completed the Level 1 foundation or equivalent scene-study training. It moves into longer material, more complex arcs, greater emotional and physical demands, and more application with less foundational theory.

Knowing the process is not the same as sustaining it.
A clear objective and a strong first read may carry a short scene. Longer material asks more of you. You have to hold the arc, keep listening, commit the text, and stay responsive when the emotional and physical demands grow.
Level 2 is where the foundation meets harder material. The point is not to collect more theory. It is to use what you know with greater range, endurance, and specificity.
What Level 2 develops.
- Script analysis and table work on more complex material.
- Longer scenes with sustained focus and wider arcs.
- Impulse, focus, and sensory work under greater demands.
- Line commitment without losing specificity or responsiveness.
- Blocking and emotional literacy working together.
- A live performance that asks the actor to carry the full process.
The prerequisite matters.
This is Level 2. It is intended for actors who have completed The Master: Level 1 or have equivalent scene-study training.
If you are still building a reliable way to analyze the script, prepare the scene, and adjust after direction, Level 1 is not a lesser choice. It is the useful one. REPS works when there is already a process worth repeating.
